Q.

my baby is 3 months old. he was having formula milk and breastfeeding both. bt now he refuses to take bottle... my breast milk is also not sufficient for him.. what should I do??

A. try improving ur breast milk supply. to increase breast milk, take fenugreek water, jeers water, if u r a non vegetarian, eat sea foods

A. hi parent breast milk is the besr food for baby so please try to improve your BM supply you should take sunbathing daily , take nutritious diet ,and ayurvedic Medication please don't forxe feed or over feed her , just offer her the feeding frequently
