my baby is 3 months old .he is suffering from cold ,nasal congestion and cough also.he is swallowing muccus also.we are giving saline nasal drops also.but still he has the same problem.what I can do for it

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recubrrent running nose and nasal conggestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it negeds a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
