My baby is 3 months old. He is pooping 5 -6 times a day which is loose and somewhat yellowish green on color. he is completey on breastfeed. what may be the reason of pooping this many times? how can it be cured?

A. good evening it seems that the baby is suffering from stomach infection because green colour motion usually happens when there is some sort of infection and the motion is loose it could be because of indigestion
