My baby is 3 months old , he is having vsd and i am advised to give him tablet enalapril 2.5 mg 1/4 th of the tablet daily. Now how shall i give him the 1/4th of the tablet as water shouldn’t be given to children before 6 months. Please suggest the procedure if anyone knows about it.

A. for this you can give 1 or 2 tsf of water for medicine would be fine. as enarfin is important kindly get in touch with paedritic cardiologist , do follow up 2D Eco regularly. feed your baby well. Maintain extra hygein to avoid infection.. Wash all stuff of baby in antiseptic solution daily.
