A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after takingx feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.f
if the growthx of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

A. For babies healthy weight breastfeeding is actually the best I would advise in case of Lack of breast milk do check with the doctor once you can get proper medication or you can try few home remedies to... and in the meantime you can switch to a right formula milk and I would suggest you Dexolac formula milk stage 1 for ur baby as it is safe with FOS which is good fibre with 36 nutrients which helps in maintaining the proper body weight and gives the tummy full complete food.. good for digestion and as well as build a strong immune system.
