my baby is 3 months old he always sleeps sideways at night. should I be concerned. second doubt is that he is not even trying to rolling over

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby will be having rolling over after the end of 5 months of age Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
