Q.

My baby is 3 months old from which month should I gave him cow milk or buffalo milk.??which one is better for him as he was iugr baby .at the time of birth he is only 1800 gms .now he was 5 kg approx.

A. Dear parent, weight of 5 kg is a good weight for 3 months old baby. After 6 months, you can introduce cow milk or buffalo milk to your baby, in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd. If you have been breastfeeding, then breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby.
