my baby is 3 months old from last 4days he didn't went motion and he is releasing gas. can u help me what to do now??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you're drgiving formula feed constipation is common problem in this age of the baby you can give bonnisan drops 3 timesg a day and cyclic motion of the legs helps in relieving gases try giving bm only
