Q.

my baby is 3 months old..as she is on cow milk and some simular.. she is not gaining weight..my wife is not enough getting breast milk..please advise

A. it is not at all advisable to give cows milk are buffalo milk to the baby up to 1 year of age the immature kidneys of the baby will not tolerate the solute load of cows milk

A. Hi Cows milk is not recommended before the age of 13 months your child can easily have stomach infection over and over if you continue giving cows milk to the child the most correct part right now is going to be to go ahead with powder milk if your wife does not have sufficient feeling that’s completely alright but you cannot go ahead with cows milk at this time
