my baby is 3 months old and weight 4.6 kg how to increase her weight. till 3 months she was completely breastfed now my milk supply is low and she is not taking formula how to make her drink formula

A. dear mum, weight of 4.6 kg is a normal weight for your 3 months old baby. Also, if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates that baby is receiving adequate feeding. you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete and avoid giving formula.
