My baby is 3 months old and premature baby can i started to give food

No not at all up to six month baby should exlusive on bresst feed only after six month you can give semisolids till then wait.massage whole body.y properly it will improve digestion and so apetite also.burp.properly after each feed so that milk digest properly.
