my baby is 3 months old and not passing the stool since 5 days nd consultanted doctor he gave stimulase syrup nd gastica syrup even though he is not passing the stool. is there any other way.if so please suggest me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food hags been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's mnilk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Do constipation is completely normal a disease still if you wanna go ahead with something then you can put an enema into the anus of your child is going to help your child pass motion within 4 to 5 hours tops and the system would be completely clean
