my baby is 3 months old. and I got my first period after delivery. does that mean my uterus is back to shape, how do I ensure my utreus is back in shape contracted?

no need to worry.
eat protein rich diet.
take iron calcium regularly.
stay hydrated.
use effective contraceptive methods for child spacing

Take a good care
Go for walking every day
