Q.

my baby is 3 months old... and I am nt having enough milk ..bt doctor asked me to feed my baby only with mother's milk...my baby remains hungry ... what should I do ?

A. Hi parent You may improve your BM quantity and quality by following Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Use more probiotics and millets rich diet. Take more fruits You may take leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily for four weeks
