my baby is 3 months old and his head circumference is 47 and his weight is 7.9 ? is there any problem with that much head circumference and weight? is there any concern

Ma’am Circumference is fine but I would say that the way it is very good like you have some doctors would say it is into the category of overweight but that’s okay since you’re breastfeeding the child a child and giving very decent amount of weight over the period so it’s perfectly fine and very about it
