Q.
my baby is 3 months old and got third vaccination (penta vaccination along with polio and rota). she had mild fever for first two days which was expected. On second day she cried uncontrollably for few hours. Next day at night she had fever (100.9) again which subside till morning and reoccurring at night. is it normal in vaccination or what my be the cause of fever.

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bcvring the temperature down .
