Q.

My baby is 3 months old and from couple of days after feed in the noon or evng she is crying a lot, I feel like she is trying hard to get to sleep and unable to sleep . Any tips or tricks to help the baby

A. Any kind of stomach upset will lead this kind of problem. Please note as a feeding mother you must have a good control of intake food, donot take referigerated and cold items, avoid mirchy items also. Take more seafood item which will yield more breast milk. Give a good massage to the child body before noon sleep.
