my baby is 3 months old after breastfeeding immediately she is pooping as yellow watery with mucous

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children3 years agoA. this must be because of two reasons mam one is your child is undertaking or second is he is a congested and you are giving some kind of antibiotics that is letting the motion to bring out all the mucus so you have to get an observation first for the reason why your child is doing so if this is not the case and still your child is passing loose motion please take doctors observation and medicine
