my baby is 3 months and 6 days old and has 5.1 kg weight as her birth weight was 2.56 kg now it's still 5.1kg only the doctor has suggested some iron and calcium drop is this normal? to have 5.1 kg weight this month. please suggest what I can do to increase her weight.
