my baby is 3 months and 26 day's old and her weight is 4 kg and birth weight is 2.5 kg is her weight is too low..and how much ml of milk she needs to consume daily

A. Dear parent, your baby’s weight gain has been slightly low for your 4 months old baby.. baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand till 6 months complete.
