Q.

My baby is 3 months and 23 days old but I have low milk supply issue. Could you please tell us how can I increase BM supply and also please confirm when we can start to feed him solid foods.

A. Dear mum, foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water. If low milk supply of breast milk continues, then you can give formula. Do not give any other food till 6 months.
