My baby is 3 months and 1 week... she is 5.1 kgs.. she is not gaining weight. what could be the reason?

How can you say that your child is not gaining weight I mean what is the birth weight of the child how much is your child gain weight of the check for all these things by completing the time of three months it should be 1200 g to 1500 g more than the birth weight of your child to check accordingly and current weight seems perfectly good to me
