my baby is 3 months 10 days old she is not taking my feed properly for few days her weight is also not increasing currently her weight is 4.6 kg

babies should be double the birth Weight at completing 4-6months and three times the birth Weight at completing one year of age
it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
