my baby is 3 months 10 days baby now weight is 4.96 not gaining much she took feed normal 3ton4 time she passed motion isthis normal are any issue

First you’ll have to check how much as your child gained check on the basis of 500 g every month and if you see the child is gaining proper weight then it is not a problem otherwise start with formula milk second couple of times in a day is completely normal and not pooping for a couple of days is also completely normal
