my baby is 3 month old recently she got throat infection due to which she had fever and since then from 5 days her soft spot(fontella) is sunken, her doctor confirmed no other signs of dehydration. she is well active im just scared about her sunken fontella how can i get it to how it was before. i have tried coconut oil therapy also but its not working. please help
