Hello ma’am For food you have to continuously and exclusively breastfeeding your child for initial six months after that only you can introduce semisolid food to the child. And for clothes I’m just going to say that make your child wear minimal clothes as possible because it is really hot right now and kids body temperature is normally much more higher so just make your child wear necessary clothes not much
