my baby is 3 month old having redness on back of ears with foul smell

May be ear infection there is a high probability that your child is having ear infection which might be either external or internal so visit your doctor immediately because ear drops along with antibiotics may be required to decrease the infection and a medical examination is very important in this case and for ear pain you can give paracetamol for the time being and prevent any water to enter the ears
