my baby is 3 month old and I'm giving breastfeed after feeding she is vomiting and after birth she was 2.7 kg after 3 months she is 2.67 kg she is nt gaining weight

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly so you should calculate according to that. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else if your milk is not sufficient then you can start giving formula milk but there is no need to give anything else to your baby till six months
