my baby is 3 month old and hes got stomach infection doing greenish poop...and crying alot..we have consult Dr also he gave antibiotics..we are giving him from past 3 days but still he is doing greenish potty..what to do?

A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formhuula milk feeding babiues. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
