my baby is 3 month old and he is having motion from morning around 4-5 time

A. my baby is 3months having loosemotions since long time but today he did of green colour pls see the image I m scared pls suggest me something if anything is wrong.

A. you can give only medicines and breastfeeding and you cannot give any type of food to the child before completion of six months of age

A. no their is no blood but,yes it is watery,and he is not uncomfortable,can u suggest me some any food which can stop his motions

A. Stool- it is very common and normal for small children who are less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour of stool
you will have to meet your doctor if the consistency is very watery and the child is uncomfortable or there is blood in the stool
