My baby is 3 month old , always he is crying , he is not playing at all , but he will drink milk nicely , while night will cry , when he will stop crying, we thought after 3 month he will stop , but no he is increasing day by day

This may be mostly due to abdominal pain. Please burp him nicely after each feed and also provide him tummy time daily under your observation.
It's better to consult a physician for a proper treatment

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.
other dl reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
