Q.
my baby is 3 month n 10 days old how many times should I want to feed her in a day and in night wat should be the time interval between each feedings also now a days there is low milk supply wat can be done to get my supply back..

U Only on demand when your child is awake during the day time and in the night time also you should follow the same pattern if your child is sleeping for a longer duration don’t pick up your child to feed so whenever your child will be hungry wake up and will ask for free if you’re breastfeeding is low you can take lactation capsules otherwise you can start giving formula feeding as well
