my baby is 3 month and today in the morning he had a fever? what can be possibilities for this?

A. Maam right now when I look at the weather I can hundred percent say the weather can be blamed actually most of the kids are falling sick because of the weather change and in some places it is raining heavily because of that also it can be a reason
