my baby is 3 month 25 day's old two days before she get her vaccination of 14 week since she got loose motion and passing it green colour what should I have to do is this common

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine a minimum of 6 to 8 times in a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Give cold compress on the paining area.
