Hii, my baby is of 1 Yr 2 months old. After taking suggestions from the gynaecologist before 2 days only I have taken covid vaccination. But from today evening she is having urine frequency, she is passing motion its not like loose motion. Is that vaccination affects the baby, I am worried.
