But if there is high temperatures or the fever doesn't subside for more than two days or u notice anything abnormal at the injection site or the baby is way too much in discomfort take the baby to the doctor. You can give a cool compress to soothe the vaccination pain. Dab a clean cool cloth preferably dipped in cold water on the vaccinated spot for few minutes. You can also give paracetamol medicine prescribed by ur doctor.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Breastmilk is always the best milk. WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding until six months. So far no one was able to make a perfectly alternate product for breastmilk which is highly nutritious and has some incredible elements. Formula is a close to and safe choice for those who cannot breastfeed due to various reasons. Breastmilk is always the best milk but giving formula won't harm your baby. Try ur level best to breastfeed. If u couldn't then supplement with formula.

Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day which means the baby is taking feeds properly. If not then make sure the baby is latching and taking feeds well or if ur milk supply is sufficient. Also there should be a gradual weight gain. Keep a check on these factors.
