my baby is 3 days old....today he is having frequent stool...since evening he is crying of stomach ache and then stooling....what syrup should i prefer?? i have even given him colimos syrup...

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatmhient along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterfial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
