Q.

My baby is 3 and half year old. It's normal to have cough,cold and fever in every month. She always licking finger.

A. Also introduce hand wash as a habit. Try to teach her hand licking is not hygienic. Cold virus are very contagious n enter through eyes, nose n mouth in our body.

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergicfd rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
