My baby is 3.8 months old. Her weight is 4.6 kg. Her weight is not increasing. Is there any reason? Plz give me valuable suggestion

weight seems to be fine
by 6 months babies weight almost doubles by his birth weght
exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is asvised
