Q.
My baby is 3.5month old …his weight is 5kg and his neck is still not steady and he is not moving on his back by his own… does it a concern? As family members says he is very week .. I should give top feed to him to make him strong

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. no rolling over is attined by 4 to 5 month of age Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side

it is normal
you can wait for few days more
within few days you will watch your child can hold his head well.
just give enough tummy time.
give Massage with oil like Babyhug massage oil.
