You can try to ply around with nursing positions and offer left breasts in a football cradle hold. Pulling hair is just an exploratory phase try offering a toy in baby’s hand to keep hands away from pulling hair.

he denies both my breast and then I have to give him top feed...

Some babies don’t take sufficient milk from one breast and in such case they don’t like to have the milk from that side. So you have to try to feed your baby regularly and equally from both bless then only you will get enough milk in both the breast to feed your baby
