my baby is 3.5 months old and is having a growth spurt. my breast milk supply is not sufficient to meet his requirement. can you please suggest some supplements that I can take. I am already taking himalaya shatavari tablets but no results.

Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day only by consuming breast milk then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your breast milk is also producing enough ilk for the baby.you must only burp.uour baby after every feed.
