my baby is 3.5 month old she is having white spot on back and forehead what could be possible reason and what to do

There are couple of reasons associated with that so I would say first you have to check with your doctor to know what is the correct reason as in most of the cases it has been seen that it is if only it’s specific places it could be due to deficiency of calcium and a lot of times could be due to related problem also
