My baby is 3.5 month old now and I am going to north side for month and there too much hot weather so can I give water to my baby

please offer breasfeeding only ,baby get water and all essential nutrients through it .
so please offer plenty of breastfeeds.
make sure your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day.
