my baby is 2yrs and 7 months old.. from last 3 to 4 days I noticed his pee color is yellow even i if i give him proper water and he is itching his private part. Is it a sign of any infection???

A. hi. might be. kindky give him adequate water.. apply candid cream atvaffected skin. avoid use of dialers, wear him loose cotton underpants. keep good hyien. ok
