my baby is 2yr old. head alone is little warm. in this pandemic how to differentiate normal fever and covid. in my family no covid patient

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. can be due to hot weather too. always keep a digital thermometer at home and check temperature every 3-4 Hours.. offer more liquids. if you record fever more than 99degrees .. then you should visit your paediatrician

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom If the fever is high, dry cough, cold, any contact with covid person, are some of the symptoms of covid. If the fever is above 100 F then u can give paracetamol to ur baby. The impact of covid vaccine on babies is very mild. So no need to worry
