my baby is 2yr old and he loves watching cartoons on mobile ... scared for his eyes ... so kindly suggest any supplement or exercise for his better eyesight

Babies love to do all such things but you have to make some restrictions and it is very important. You should just provide a screen timing 1 to 2 hours in a day not more than it. This much is more than enough for baby. You should always try to use TV comparatively to mobile it is safe for baby eyes
