my baby is 2years 10 months and she is suffering from high fever nearly 104f.. at afternoon and night. in morning it is moderate and runny nose and severe cough. what will be the reason?

I think it is due to some infection and also I would like to inform you one zero 4°F is an extremely high fever you should immediately visit the hospital the doctor would take care of your child according to the need this is not going to be immediately in control with medication please visit your nearest
