Q.

my baby is 2year old. he is very fussy in eating. eats only two or three food items.also he is very stubborn and shouts too much if he wants something. to calm him down becomes very very difficult for me and sometimes i get too much irritated also to make him calm but he does not listen. what i can do to change his this stubborn attitude and shouting #asktheexpert

A. Hello mom Make sure he is involved in some sort of activities on a daily basis make a daily routine for him where in you can sit and read ,sing for him give him some toys to play some puzzles which are all age appropriate things you can just search and do with him so that his energy is utilising these things also at times to remove the stubbornness you have to need to get firm with him and do not give in to everything he asked for if you think it is right for him please do it but if it is not just ignore him at times when he does I just walk out from there and have a lot of patience it is difficult for that but that’s the only way to do it otherwise later on this behaviour will get more difficult to be handled
