my baby is 2year old. he is not eating food from 3 days. but he is active. what is the reason

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Check if baby having pin worms.
Anal itching, tummy ache, rejecting feed are symptoms of worms.
Consult Paeditrician for deworming medication.
Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks timely feedings so that baby habituat to hunger at that timings.
Give fluids (soups, juices, barley) , salads, fruits and vegetables to increase appetite.
